Here is one such piece; Meet my favorite sweater dress from the Gap.  I purchased this dress about 3 years ago and I have worn this Gap dress almost weekly, with the exception to summer days.  I have worn this dress every where; to work, after work drinks, dinner, coffee dates, going to appointments etc.   For very cold days I layer my Gap Dress with tights and my favorite Stuart Weitzman boots (read the review) for extra warmth and comfort.  For the office, I paired it with a crisp white shirt or Blazer for a business vibe, for social events, I sometimes accessorize with my Hermes scarf and heels for a chic vibe, or simply just pair it with a pair of heels for the little black dress vibe.
